delish!

Whats this? Is it a bottle of Cornwall's vinegar? oh nooooooooooooooooo!

Its a delicious bottle of home made elder flower cordial freshly made and gifted from Sue next door.
What a lucky duck herder I am!
I never realised how pretty those vinegar bottles were....

I haven't made Elderflowerr Cordial for years. I really must find my recipe & make it again. I make it in a 5 gall brewing bin, so it lasts for a while. I have elder trees all around my land...

Hello Stephen - The elder flowers have a very delicate taste - they take the tartness off the lemon juice in the recipe - it makes a very refreshing cordial especially when it is 35 degrees!
