Very nice! Both pairs are lovely. Isn't knitting the best mediation. It's like sign language with little sticks. I would only write that on your blog, somehow I know you'll understand what I mean by it.

This crocheting thing is most enjoyable! It is so lovely to be learning a craft rather than learning stuff just with my brain if you know what I mean....

and Killi - the patterns are really easy (well, the first one is easy and the others read like they are easy) I found the book on AMAZON. I think it was only $16 or so - I don't buy many new books, but this one is a JOY!

I'm going to try 1 of the free patterns on Lion Brand's site. They won't ship outside the States, but have lots of free or pay to download patterns. Now I need to find the wool I bought for socks a few years ago
